Once selections are made and construction commences, it will be at the builders discretion if any changes or modifications will be accepted. We have found through the years these late changes lead to confusion mistakes, and time delays.
Once construction commences, please only address concerns, updates with Amanda. She in turn will forward this information to Michael Groff, who coordinates all construction of your home.
The sales staff is not aware of the progress of your home construction and will have no answers for you.
Once home is complete, we will do a complete walk thru with the owner. Explaining components, warranties, and addressing last minute punch list items. At closing owner will transfer all utilities to their name.
If a pool is included in the contract, Groff building Contractors does the pool construction in house.
This guarantees the home and pool we be completed at the same time. Should an outside pool contractor be chosen for pool construction, Groff Building Contractors will not be responsible for any delays created by said contractor.
